The Bethany Beach Town Council will consider an Appeal of the Bethany Beach Planning Commission’s Decision Denying the Application filed by Stanley Walcek Application for a Minor Subdivision / Relocation of Property Lines for property identified as Lots 5, 8, 9 and 10,Block 25, at Garfield Parkway (property directly east of Jenmar Way), in the R-1 Zoning District at a meeting schedule to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 16, 2018 in the Town meeting Room at 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE.
The application may be inspected in the office of the Building Inspector, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, Delaware between the hours of 8:00am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except scheduled Holidays.
All interested persons are hereby notified to be present and to attend this hearing where a determination may be made by said commission without further notice.
