1. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Vote on an Ordinance to Remove Section 425-41.1 of the Bethany Beach Town Code (Edmonston)
   • Synopsis 
      This ordinance removes Section 425-41.1 since the Town of Bethany Beach no longer has a Zoning Commission.
2. Discussion, Consideration and Possible Vote on an Ordinance to Amend Section 425-108 and Section 425-109 of the Bethany Beach Town Code (Edmonston) 
   • Synopsis 
      This ordinance amends Section 425-108 and 425-109 by updating and correcting language as to requirements when amending regulations, restrictions, boundaries and provisions of this Chapter and Public Hearing requirements.
3. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Vote on Setting a Date for the Town Council Election – Saturday, September 9, 2023 –12:00 Noon to 6:00 p.m. (Hardiman) 
   • Anyone wishing to file as a candidate for the election must file a written Notice of Intention (Application for Candidacy) in the Town Manager’s Office at Town Hall no later than 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
4. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Vote on Appointments to the Election Board and Election Officers (Hardiman) 
5. Discussion, Consideration, and Possible Vote on Setting a Date for the Town Council Organizational Meeting – Monday, September 18, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. (Hardiman)
