*AMENDED*
The Planning Commission of the Town of Bethany Beach will consider an Application for Partitioning for property identified as Lots 6,8 and 10, Block 113, at 300, 302 and 304 Hollywood Street in the R-2 Zoning District at its meeting schedule to be held on December 17, 2022, at 9:00 AM in the Town meeting Room at 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE.
The application may be inspected in the office of the Building Inspector, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, Delaware between the hours of 8:00am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except scheduled Holidays.
All interested persons are hereby notified to be present and to attend this hearing where a determination may be made by said commission without further notice.
*This public hearing has been postponed until January 21, 2023, at 9:00 AM in the Town Meeting Room located at 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE.
