The Planning Commission of the Town of Bethany Beach will consider the Application for a Minor Subdivision for property identified as Lots 18, 20, 22, and 24 Block 109 for Property known as 312 Garfield Parkway Ext., in the R-2 Zoning District at its meeting schedule to be held June 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. in the Town Meeting Room at 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE.

The application may be inspected in the office of the Building Inspector, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, Delaware between the hours of 8:00am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, except scheduled Holidays.

All interested persons are hereby notified to be present and to attend this hearing where a determination may be made by said commission without further notice.
