The Bethany Beach Town Council will be discussing new design criteria for residential building (“bulk density”) in R-1 and R-1B Zoning Districts at a public hearing scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016 at Town Hall, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE.
