Trolley

OverviewShuttle Bus

Trolleys run from the Friday before Memorial Day through mid-September, continuously between 9:30 am to 10:00 pm. The trolley departs location #1 on the half hour starting at 9:30 am. There may be little or no service daily from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (approximate times) due to a lunch break.

At approximately 9 pm drivers will shift from the fixed route system to a more direct, drop-off style service. This means that instead of continuing to circulate the full route with many stops, the trolley begins transporting remaining passengers directly to their destinations to improve efficiency and shorten wait times. Therefore, trolleys will not be stopping at all trolley stops for pickups after 9 pm.

(Note: Last pick up on Atlantic and Garfield is at 9:45 pm).

During regular operating hours, you can flag down the trolley anywhere along the route for pick-up or discharge, except on Route 26 and Route 1. We do not pickup outside the corporate Town limits, along Route 26, Route 1, and Jefferson Bridge Road. We will pickup passengers anywhere else along our fixed route if the Trolley driver deems it safe.

The trolley fare is FREE to ride.

You can now track the trolley by clicking here.

For more information, call (302) 539-8011 or view the Trolley Map and Trolley Brochure.

The trolley does not stop at Lake Bethany entrance or the South Coastal Library. The Trolley does not stop on Jefferson Bridge Road. We do not pick up outside the corporate Town limits, along Route 26, Route 1, and Jefferson Bridge Road. We will pick up passengers anywhere else along our fixed route if the Trolley driver deems it safe.

All times are approximate.  Schedules and routes are subject to change without notice.
